Richard Ham – President U.S. Energy Technologies
Responsible for the company's overall strategy and vision, Richard Ham
has served as the chief executive officer and president since 2006.
Richard began his career in the lighting industry in 1992 and served
as the Director of Marketing for one of the top 50 private companies
in Southern California. Prior to joining US Lighting Tech, Richard
worked at Hewlett Packard, where he helped manage their billion dollar
direct consumer business. Richard received his MBA from Cornell
University with an emphasis in Manufacturing and Strategy and his BS
from the University of Southern California with a concentration in
entrepreneurship.
Won Yang - COO
Responsible for overseeing operations and management of personnel.
Won joined USLT from Hewlett Packard where he was the head of
interactive marketing, responsible for delivering over $500M in annual
sales and managing a team of 7 direct reports with a budget of $42M.
This is Won's third startup after launching an international
E-learning company and managing the first ever mortgage-backed
securitization in South Korea. He earned his MBA from Haas School of
Business at Berkeley and graduated magma cum laude from USC with a BS
in finance.
Alexander Ham – VP Operations U.S. Energy Technologies
Prior to joining, Alex served as the Internal Operations Manager for
Digital Retail of Fox Interactive Media, owned by media giant News
Corporation. In that role, he was responsible for developing,
managing and executing e-commerce solutions for News Corp's web
properties. Alex's other responsibilities included overseeing
IGN/Direct2Drive's Digital Rights Management operations.
Michael Silverstein – VP Sales U.S. Lighting Tech
Before joining US Lighting Tech, Michael was the Director of Marketing
and Sales for Rand M Designs. Michael has worked both domestically and
internationally. He has over 20 years experience in the Test &
Measurement industry. He has co-authored a book on "What is an
Oscilloscope, and how does one use it?" as well as being published
in:1994 Sterling's International Who's Who. Michael received his BA
from Trinity University.
